To join the Illustrators no previous experience is necessary, just a membership with the Friends and a passion for nature and drawing.
There are no formal weekly classes, but members share ideas, discuss projects, offer advice, and paint and draw in their chosen medium and subject.
Each artist brings their own equipment, but some basic materials are available for those starting out.
Workshops are held several times a year, often with guest artists, with an extra fee for these events.
Members hold exhibitions throughout the year with varying themes and venues.
